Carbon Steel Corrosion/Erosion defects were placed randomly on the specimens.
Some of specimens will have naturally obtained corrosions/erosions recorded depth of the corrosion indications will be based on the deepest spot within the field of corrosion.
The host two side of the Pipe will be covered with a “removable” cover plate.
Pipe Dimensions: OD 6” with length 300mm Thickness–20 mm.
Material: Carbon Steel.
